Horizon Medical Staffing is a nursing staffing agency based in Canada. Our agency uses a simple model; we provide experienced travel nurses with temporary staffing contracts at hospitals across Canada.
Our goal is to provide skilled, experienced nurses with the highest rate that they deserve, while also providing short-staffed hospitals with safe, reliable, quality temporary staffing solutions.

Horizon Medical Staffing was created by Grace and Mitali.
We met several years ago in nursing school, and quickly became the best of friends. Fast forward a couple years later, with several years of experience working in critical care and acute care settings across hospitals in Ontario and B.C, we have come together to address the struggles faced by us as nurses – staff shortages, staff burnout, rigid scheduling, and inadequate pay. Our solution was to create a nursing staffing agency that gives nurses the flexibility of working short-term contracts across Canada with a pay rate that matches their experience.
